RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return the items in their original packaging with its original bill and product certificate(if any). Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 1000.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@challanijewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It may take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up.

It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for future reference.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received by Challani Jewellery and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

If the product is purchased using Gift Card/Digital Gift Card, the value will be refunded to the same Gift Card/Digital Gift Card or a new Gift Card/Digital Gift Card will be provided for the equal value.
